  • Children in Poverty suffer from impaired cognitive & linguistic development, poorer health, abuse, low self-esteem, anti-social behavior, psychological distress, homelessness, low eductional attainment, poor job skills, unemployment, and are more likely to become disabled as adults with poorer health than the rest of society.

Founded in September 2005, "Build Up America" is a Christian ministry on a mission to help strengthen children and their families by providing life-changing support to fight poverty in the name of Christ.

Our mission includes helping families obtain home ownership for the first time. The rehabilitation of inner-city housing creates hope, provides jobs, and offers a positive vision for families trapped in the cycle of poverty. As we share the good news of the gospel, His Kingdom is glorified!

HOPE...                    

For hopeful families in San Antonio, BuildUpAmerica is restoring old homes with the help of partners including God's House Fellowship, Community Bible Church, local foundations, and corporate sponsors. In time, more homes and families will be restored, with Jesus Christ being glorified in all we do!

"Mary Had a Little Lamb" is a new childrens book, told in rhyme, with wonderful color illustrations. Kids will love the simple message of God's love as revealed in the life of His son, Jesus Christ. Proceeds will help the restoration process and encourage children.
